This year, we are hosting a waterfront buffet dinner in the Cafe Pacifica Restaurant and Cascades Lounge. Enjoy a classic Italian meal prepared by our Chefs Team with live opera music in the background.
Feature items on our menu include: Veal Scaloppini with wild mushroom compote, Homemade prawn & lobster ravioli with black truffle and Panko & Italian herb crusted Northern black cod with winter vegetable ratatouille.
