This season, the Cafe is serving up a new West Coast menu filled with fresh flavors and local ingredients. Here are our Top 3 menu items:
1. Slow Cooked Skuna Bay Salmon: w/ spicy coconut mussels on cilantro scented carrot potato crush
2. Linguini Vongole: w/ clams, garlic prawns, salted grape tomatoes, tarragon lemon truffle butter
3. Dungeness Crab and Tomato Napolean: w/ heirloom tomatoes, tomato consomme and crushed avocado
