On Sunday May 10th, from 10:30AM to 2:30PM, the Pan Pacific Vancouver will host a Mother’s Day Buffet brunch that includes fresh Seafood, Hot Entrees, Inspiring Salads, live action stations, a children’s buffet and everything in between.

Here are just a few of the items you will see on this year’s Mother’s Day Brunch menu:

Inspiring Salads:

  • Blackberry & kale salad, fresh berry vinaigrette Prawn and pomelo salad, cabbage & Asian greens, fish sauce vinaigrette (Gluten Free)
  • Green & white asparagus salad with chopped egg, warm double smoked bacon garnish, Agassiz filberts (Gluten Free)

Fresh Seafood Bar:

  • Jumbo prawns, Alaskan snow crab, traditional cocktail sauce

Sushi Action Station:

  • Nigiri Sushi and Sushi Rolls

Carving Station:

  • Horseradish & herb crusted prime rib of Alberta beef, Okanagan vintners’ jus West Coast halibut Wellington with mushroom duxelle, traditional Hollandaise

Omelette Station:

  • Fillings include field mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, cheese, scallions, ham, shrimp & smoked salmon (Gluten Free)

Hot Entrees:

  • Soya maple marinated sablefish, quinoa & goji berries
  • Oven roasted duck breast a l’Orange, star anise & duck confit (Gluten Free)
  • Spring foraged mushroom ravioli, ricotta cheese, Parmesan shavings

Dessert Station:

  • Decadent Callebaut Chocolate Fountain with fresh cut pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, strawberries, Swiss almond cake, marshmallows & lady fingers
  • Flaming Lollipop Station featuring Mango or Raspberry sorbet, dipped in meringue and flamed golden brown
