Fresh Winter Menus from the Cafe Pacifica and Cascades Lounge!

Earlier this afternoon, the Pan Pacific Vancouver unveiled its latest menu sheet from the Cafe Pacifica and Cascades Lounge. This season’s Winter Menu was headed up by Executive Chef, Bob Wiles who wanted to create something unique and inspiring which couldn’t be found anywhere else in the city.
One of Bob’s Golden rules is to keep his Kitchen Team involved – so their were several rounds of feedback, much debate and inputs from all of the Chefs in house.
New items were added and classic dishes, like the Soya & Marin Sable Fish, were kept on the menu as fan favorites. In the end they came up with a menu that was perfect for winter with bolder flavors and heartier portions – perfect for those cold and wet months!
