Father’s Day 2014 at the Pan Pacific Vancouver

On Sunday June 15, the Pan Pacific Vancouver is hosting the ultimate Father’s Day Brunch Buffet– A delectable spread of market fresh cuisine, live action stations and a few extra hearty dishes made just for Dad.

A few feature items on this year’s menu include: Pork & shrimp dumplings, Slow roasted Alberta beef striploin, Wild B.C salmon Wellington (seriously amazing) and Ruby red seared Rainbow trout with cauliflower risotto. There will also be a fresh carving, dim sum, omelette and sushi station
