Don’t Miss Easter Sunday Brunch – April 4
With spring just around the corner, the Pan Pacific Vancouver is getting ready to host its famous annual Easter Sunday Brunch.
On April 4, the Cafe Pacifica and Cascades Lounge host to an Easter celebration. On hand will be a grand buffet spread, live musical entertainment, (and a likely visit from the Easter bunny himself).
The event has been a favorite for visitors and guests of the hotel and this year is sure to be no different.
Pan Pacific Executive Chef Daryle Nagata told me more about the menu:
We wanted to continue our tradition of offering a diverse menu that both the children and adults will be sure to enjoy. We decided this year to offer a wide variety of flavours from different regions of the world. On hand you can expect to taste everything from West Coast to Asian inspired cuisine.
We plan to offer seafood items like oysters and prawns; hot entrées such as roasted lamb and duck, smoked wild red spring salmon & cajun crusted red snapper. And with this year’s buffet, we really wanted to offer variety – so we decided to bring in a sushi station, a carving station and a dim sum station. So pretty much whatever you’re looking for, we got you covered!
And for the kids?
Easter is definitely a family holiday and we always want the kids to have fun. This year we’re going to have face painting, a balloon artist – s’mores, cookie and egg decorating and even a visit from the Easter Bunny which is always a favourite. We’ll even have a contest and play a few games so it’ll be a lot of fun – The winner will take home a 3 foot chocolate bunny!
Luis Giraldo & Bria Skonberg will provide the jazz music as you enjoy your meal over the best view in the city.
So come enjoy Easter Sunday with your whole family at the Pan Pacific Vancouver. You will be treated to an amazing display of food, live entertainment and fun for the kids.
