Presented by Tourism Vancouver from January 15-31 is Dine Out Vancouver, BC’s largest celebration of food and British Columbia wine.
The 14th annual Dine Out Vancouver Festival is Vancouver’s ultimate eating experience, allowing patrons to choose from 288 restaurants offering unique 3 prix-fix meals at affordable prices – $20, $30 or $40, many with BC VQA wine pairings available for an additional charge..
Participating in our seventh straight year, the Cafe Pacifica Restaurant has put together a delicious 3 course meal, where you can choose from 2 appetizers and 3 main courses, plus dessert!
Choose between the following 2 appetizers:
BBQ Duck Consomme with shredded duck, Shiitake mushroom, water chestnut, chives
Togorashi Albacore Tuna Tataki with Thai curry yoghurt, fennel salad, lemon oil and cherry tomatoes
Choose between the following 3 main courses:
Hoisin Glazed Braised Short Ribs with sweet potato puree, Asian vegetables and star anise
Malaysian-style Boullabaisse with salmon, snapper, tiger prawns and coconut cream
Roasted Pumpkin & Salt Spring Island Goat Cheese Ravioli with sauteed kale and oyster mushroom acorn squash chips, lemon butter sauce and balsamic glaze
