Dine Out Vancouver 2013 at the Cafe Pacifica Restaurant
Kicking off this past weekend, Tourism Vancouver presents its 11th annual Dine Out Vancouver Food Festival (Jan 18 – Feb 3).
The concept is simple: Vancouver’s hottest restaurants (over 200) are teaming up to offer a special 3 course menu at prices of $18, $28 or $38 per person. Dine Out is a great way to sample Vancouver restaurants at an affordable price and a perfect excuse to induldge in some great tasting food!
Participating in its fourth straight year, the Cafe Pacifica Restaurant at the Pan Pacific Vancouver has put together a delicious menu sheet for $28. They’re even offering a Dine Out Hotel Package where you can spend the night & enjoy dinner for 2 for just $239. Here are the details!
The Menu – $28 per person
Appetizer
Lobster Bisque – Chervil crème fraîche
OR
Warm Jerusalem Artichoke Salad – Gluten Free crispy bacon, radicchio, house smoked juniper chèvre, balsamic glaze
Main Course
Pork Belly – Gluten Free braised celery hearts, crispy kale, granny smith gastrique, served with apple wood smoked cheddar polenta.
OR
Honey Glazed Bison Short Rib – Gluten Free caramelized shallot rösti, served with stewed new potatoes and carrots.
OR
Home-made Goat Cheese and Swiss Chard Ravioli – shimiji, king oyster and crimini mushrooms, served with grape tomatoes, niçoise olives and capers.
Dessert
Chocolate Bizance – creamy ganache sprinkled chocolate streusel, served with lime espuma, mint sugar and home-made ivoire chocolate sorbet
