Looking for dinner plans on Valentine’s night? The Chefs have created a special meal just for the occasion! A four course menu will be served, as you and your sweetheart enjoy the candlelit ambience and take in the waterfront views.
The Dine Our Heart Out menu features your choice of two starters:
Popped corn with crisp bacon, brown sugar, and chili
Sunchoke veloute with pomegranate molasses, and crispy shallots
Compressed watermelon & prawns with arugula, pickled red onion, charred scallion vinaigrette, and goat cheese snow
Your choice of main entrees:
Honey rose water glazed duck breast with farro risotto, haricot verts, and bing cherry jus
Pan seared sablefish with bacon and parma tagliatelle, sous vide radish, and salsa verde
And last but not least, DESSERT!
Flourless chocolate truffle pudding cake with raspberry mousse, pistachio bavarois, croustillant and fresh berries
