A Tour of the Pan Pacific with Vancouver Photographer: Photodreamz
Last week I met up with local photographer, Jonah Lewis, who is known as none other than Photodreamz.
Jonah has been photographer for over 10 years and boasts a little over 5,000 photos on his Flickr stream. He specializes in SEO and also has a pretty fancy blog where he photographs local Vancouver events, which I recommend checking out.
After meeting Jonah at a social media conference a few weeks earlier, I invited him down to the hotel for lunch. We chatted about social media in the hotel world and the power of search engine optimization to help your brand strategy.
After lunch I thought I’d take him on a little tour of the hotel…and this was the view through his eyes:
A look at the harbour. Most rooms at the Pan Pacific have a great view of the water and the coastal mountains
My favorite, the Pacific Suite. Comes standard with a great view and literally the most comfortable couches EVER!
Piano anyone?
After we surfed around a few more rooms, I took Jonah up to the roof of the hotel. Normally the roof is off limits but once in a while we make an exception..
Here’s a look at Hornby Street and Hastings. From up here you can barely hear any street noise.
And on the other side are the Canada Place sails and nothing but water
A look at the beautiful Vancouver Convention Center

Happy Friday!
